At Zeb Grant Design, we are happy to help with local delivery for florals, gifts, home décor, and select in-store purchases. Whether you are sending flowers, choosing a thoughtful gift, or arranging delivery for a larger item, our team will help make the process as smooth as possible.
Local Delivery Minimums
Delivery minimums are based on location and order type.
Madison Area: $50 minimum
Lake Area: $75 minimum
Covington or Monroe: $100 minimum
Delivery fees are separate from the order minimum and are based on the delivery zone.

Floral Delivery
Our floral arrangements are designed by hand using fresh, seasonal blooms. Because flowers are natural and availability can vary, each arrangement may differ slightly from photos or examples shown.
Our team will always use the freshest premium blooms available and design your arrangement in keeping with the selected style, color direction, and occasion.
For the best availability, we recommend placing floral delivery orders in advance, especially during holidays, weekends, and busy seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
If an order requires delivery but is placed for in-store pickup, the order will not be processed until the applicable delivery fee has been paid. Delivery fees are based on the delivery address and corresponding delivery zone.
Home Décor & Gift Delivery
Select home décor, gifts, tabletop pieces, candles, accessories, plants, and seasonal items may be available for local delivery.
Delivery availability may depend on the size, weight, fragility, and handling needs of the item. Larger or more delicate pieces may require special scheduling or additional delivery coordination.
For oversized items, furniture, lamps, art, or fragile décor, please contact the shop directly so our team can confirm availability and delivery details.
Delivery Timing
We do our best to accommodate requested delivery dates, but exact delivery times are not guaranteed unless arranged directly with our team.
We will make every effort to accommodate same-day delivery orders. However, orders placed after 12:00 PM may be delivered the following business day.
Please note, we do not deliver on Sundays.
Delivery timing may be affected by weather, traffic, holiday volume, event schedules, and recipient availability.
For time-sensitive deliveries, please call the shop before placing your order.
Recipient Availability
Please provide the recipient’s full name, delivery address, phone number, and any helpful delivery notes when placing your order.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our team will use best judgment based on the item, location, weather, and instructions provided. Depending on the situation, we may leave the order in a safe location, contact the recipient, contact the sender, or return the item to the shop for pickup or redelivery.
Additional redelivery fees may apply.
Pickup Orders
Shop pickup is available for many floral, gift, and home orders.
Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.

Shipping
Select gift items and home accessories may be eligible for shipping.
At this time, not all items are available to ship due to size, weight, fragility, or product type. Fresh flowers, fresh plants, and certain delicate items are not eligible for standard shipping.
